PKD GARANTY

Seller guarantees the
parents of this cat were tested for PKD :
The copies of the parents ‘DNA tests are given to the purchaser.

If the sold cati is
tested « DNA affected » the breeder engages himself to refund completely
the purchase price of the cat. This guarantee will apply only on the
presentation of the DNA report & of sampling certificate of the
cat and with a written attestation from buyer that the cat did never
breed (if the animal was sold not neutered/spayed). The buyer should
give back the animal, tested Felv/ FIV negative, within the month
after the DNA test. The expenses of delivery and tests are chargeable
to the buyer.

If the buyer wishes for
emotional reasons to keep the animal and if the animal was sold not
neutered/spayed he should supply a veterinarian certificate of neuter/spay
mentioning the name and the ID number of the animal. He should neuter/spay
the animal in the month following the test If he does not present this
document or if this document is not corresponding, or if buyer lacks to
give a written attestation that cats did never breed, he loosens the saler
of his obligation to pay off the cat. If he supplies this document he will
be completely paid off and can keep the animal.
This guarantee is for one year from date of purchase and
applies only to the original PURCHASER.
FIP GarantEe:

The breeder informs the
buyer, by the present contract, that he does not guarantee the kitten free
of coronavirus (virus very common, provoking in certain rare cases (3 % of
cats) the development of a FIP, by the signature of the present document,
the buyer is aware of it.

The cases of change of a
coronavirus being extremely rare, the breeder counting on the reliability
of his lines, the above purchased cat should die of FIP inside the first 6
months of the purchase seller will pay back the purchasing-price

This guarantee will apply
only on the presentation to the breeder of a report of autopsy.
This guarantee is for 6 months from date of purchase and
applies only to the original PURCHASER.

PURCHASER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE:
The buyer undertakes to respect the clauses of the present contract and to
supply the kitten with the conditions of life and comfort to which this
kitten was used from his birth until the moment of his sale, namely:

Buyer agrees to keep the cat/kitten clean, healthy, and free of parasite,
free of stress and harassment and well nourished.
Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be declawed.

Purchaser agrees the cat/kitten will not be caged. If the male must be
isolated, the minimum dimensions of his quarters will be 4 feet by 4 feet
by 6 feet high. At least once a day, the male will be allowed the freedom
of at least one full room.

Under no circumstances will the Buyer sell, lease, trade, give away or
otherwise transfer possession of this cat to another party without the
written agreement of breeder. The breeder could help the buyer in his/her
search of a new home or take back the cat.

If the breeder takes back the cat, he/she will be the only one to decide
of the amount of a possible refunding.
Any problem due to a negligence or to a failure to honour any
part of this contract shall cancel the guarantees.
In as much as the below signed purchaser has read and
understood the terms and restrictions to this sale and agrees to them.
